Exclusive partnership agreement with Thailand's major distributor, TK Logistic Systems.

Demide Global Inc. announced on the 10th that it has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with TK Logistic Systems Company Limited, a major distribution company in Thailand. The contract period is three years until March 2027, and it entails a mutual agreement on exclusive distribution and sales rights within seven countries in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, India). This binding Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) contract acknowledges the exclusive position for exercising mutual exclusivity, allowing for the supply of premium cosmetics products that are safe for the skin across all areas from ingredient sourcing to production, packaging, and distribution in Southeast Asia.
