TK Logistic Systems signs exclusive partnership agreement in 7 countries with Korea's Demide Global
TK Logistic Systems Company Limited announced on the 10th that it has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Demide Global Inc., a leading global company specializing in premium cosmetics manufacturing and distribution in Korea. The contract is valid for three years until March 2027 and covers exclusive distribution and sales rights in seven Southeast Asian countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India). This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) acknowledges the binding status for exercising mutual exclusive rights.
Demide Global in Korea had previously signed a similar agreement on the 5th with BenTee Clothing Inc., a major retail company in the United States, granting exclusive distribution and sales rights in large supermarkets and other markets in the United States and Mexico.
Demide Global, a global company specializing in premium cosmetic manufacturing and distribution, will introduce skin-friendly premium cosmetic products across the entire production, packaging, and distribution process in Southeast Asia through TK Logistic Systems.
